If water pressure needle ( blue ) is hiher than 1.5?

I understand what to do if the blue water pressure needle falls below 1.5 i.e. simply open the tap until the blue needle goes up to 1.5 . However, what would I do if the blue needle rose to say 3.0 i.e. how do I get the blue needle back down to 1.5 The boiler is a Vokera Compact 24 28 model
