My brushes won't spin

Hoover Hoover F7222900 Household Appliances, Vacuum Cleaners Hoover Model Brushes

they are probably bound up with hair behind the rotors. the housing that maintains the brushes comes off and then can come apart easily with the manipulation of some plastic clip-ons. once apart, pull out the jamming material and put back together.
