Mend Hoover F58589 Model Moving Problem

I have a hoover steam cleaner model #F58589, the brushes arent moving?

How do I fix this problem: on my Hoover Steam cleaner model #F58589 the brushes are suppose to aggitate, but are not.

Is your model the one w/ 5 brushes?
If so there is a vent screen on the top by the agitator indicator-clean it out & it should work fine-(under the clear plastic cover)
