beko washing machine wma765s can not set timer stuck on speed and pause?

hi friend, i had same problem just a moment ago my girl keeps playing with the button as i forget to child lock it anyway get to the point. the washing machine was stuck on 1min and nothing else would work other than child lock so i rang up beko they said unplug for 2 hours to master reset. it doesnt work so dont waste your time like i did. simply hold in the start pause and cancel button for approx 5-8 sec that then should cancel the program select different wash and woolllaaaa jobs a gooden. hope it works ok for you 2 m8.
