My servis easilogic 1500 has stopped working?

Hi, the machine switches on, it's set to a programme, but nothing happens. Previously it made a lot of noise whilst spinning, but now nothing. This has happened to a previous machine of mine and it was a case of changing the brushes, however I can't find them on this machine. Please help as I'm in the forces and stuck in Germany with nobody to assist me, thank you very much for your time and I do look forward to hearing from you.
