Simpson Eziset 750 Washing Machine?

My washing machine is only 12months old and from no where it has stopped functioning. Power on, it fills with water and beings to wash but quickly stops when spinning. I have tried to set it on the spin and drain cycle to empty the water but it will not work. When it is trying to spin and drain it makes a grinding noise for 2 seconds and then goes quiet with a soft humm as the washing machine engine is obviously working. Then the grind noise comes again. It then starts beeping and goes back to the humm, then the grind then the beeping. In which case the eco rinse light, the lock door lid light, the in progress, wash, and spin lights are all flashing and beeping. I have checked the hose and nothing appears stuck. I have taken it off and flushed water right through it just incase anyway. In the valve at the bottom of the machine where i plug the house in, water trickles out slightly. If i place my finger inside to feel for stuck objects I can feel a bit of lint but not much and there is a metal thing that actually turns. At first I thought it was a stuck object like a coin or something but now i think maybe it is apart of the washing maching as it turns and seems joined to the actual machine.

Any help at all would highly appreciated!!!!!! I very over the hand washing and would like my macine working again. Last try before I call a service tech I think.
