Mend Hotpoint WT540 Washing Machine Stuck Cycle Aquarius

How can i fix my Hotpoint aquarius WT540?

My Hotpoint aquarius WT540 gets stuck mid cycle, it fills with water ok takes washing powder ok but continues to wash without going on to the rinse cycle. If i stop the machine and set the programme to rinse and spin it rinses,spins ok filling and emptying the water correctly any ideas ?

Mines has developed the exact same fault seems to be an issue with these wt540 has anyone resolved this yet ?

My Hotpoint aquarius WT540 gets stuck mid cycle also, it fills with water ok takes washing powder ok but continues to wash without going on to the rinse cycle.
