Mend Tricity Bendix AW1001W Bought Washing Machine

Tricity Bendix AW1001W keeps flashing at me???

I've just bought a new Tricity Bendix washing machine. The machine seems to start, possibly spins a coupl eof times, but then 3 of the lights start flashing!

Is this a problem with the machine, or am I doing something wrong?
