my tricity bendix wdr1041w wont start ,the start button jams but pops out and door clicks twice i emptied filter still wont start e40 flashes

E40 relates to a door lock issue.sometimes it just needs a new door lock fitting but other times it blows the main pcb and causes a big repair bill.without trying door interlock you won't know if pcb is good
