help to reset my machine to allow access to programmes?

Have you cleaned out the filter in the drain pump? At the bottom right hand corner , on the front of the machine, is a small door. This hides the emergency drain hose and the pump cover. Pull the grey hose out and place it into a tray. Pull the rubber stopper out and allow it to drain. Replace it and then turn the pump cover out. This filter only fits one way. Look inside the tube and pull out any debris. Before replacing just check that the impeller is moving by using a screwdriver and turning it. Put it back together and select the Drain programme. This should overcome a programme selection not working. To replace the pump is simplicity itself. Drain the machine as above. Tip the machine on its side with the pump close to the floor. Pull off the two block connectors. Then Rotate the pump away from you. It is on 3 slip guides. Two you can see at the top and one underneath. There is also a white tab on the top, which may stop the pump from rotating. Just gently move it out of the way. When re-assembling put some washing up liquid on the o-ring. Push the pump in at the bottom first and then at the top. Rotate it towards you in the slip guides. Replace the block connectors. Job Done.

try turning it off for a couple of hours then switch back on to see if it resets its programme , this has worked for me on some machines
