change brocken drain pump on tricity bendix aw1400w?

I got a replacement drain pump removed the old pump replace it with brand new pump. The machine will run a programme but stop again on the drain part of the cycle.. Is there a reset button or the like on tricity bendix aw1400w. Im totally baffled any help plz

This problem can occur if you have debris in the pump. Open the pump cover door at the bottom right hand corner. Have a tray ready to collect residue water take out the filter by unscrewing. The filter only goes in one way. Clear out the debris and restart the machine.
