Mend Hotpoint Washing Machine Bearing Repair

Please Help! Hotpoint won't spin?

I replaced the drum bearing on my Hotpoint and it works fine, except it won't spin anymore! Any Idea's???

I but the machine will not spin even when its empty, is there anything else I could check?

HAVE YOU CHECKED THE BUSHES IN THE MOTOR, QUITE EASY TO DO AND COST ABOUT £15... HAVE DONE MINE TWICE IN 4 YEARS, THE MACHINE WILL WORK WITH WORN ONES BUT WILL NOT SPIN WITH A LOAD IN.. DONT FORGET TO TAKE ONE WITH YOU TO THE SHOP
