Mend Whirlpool 6th sense Bearing Grinding Noise Washing Machine

think my 6th sense washer has a broken bearing ????

the drive belt kept slipping off my washer so put it back on and ran the wash cycle heard an almighty grinding rumbling sound belt came off again and now when i manualy spin the drum i get a grinding noise also found bits of metal in the drain inspection hole that look like parts of bearings is this easy to fix or will i need an engineer ???

big diy job or expensive engineers job.Ask prices before calling anyone out as it will be expensive to fix.most go to the tip and get replaced with a shiny new one at this stage!
