De'Longhi DEM10 Dehumidifier power cutting out now will not power on?

Hi can anyone help me diagnose what is most likely to be faulty with my De'Longhi DEM10, as it started turning off and on repeatedly so unplugged it and then plugged back in and it worked fine, but a week later this time it will not turn on at all, dead.

I have managed to take it apart and can see any bumps on the capacitors on the board or burn marks, have tested switch and getting continuity.

Any tips please or what to check?
