Indesit WIL123S No power worked yesterday today nothing?

Indesit wil123s no power?

I have an Indesit wil123s the power just seems to have stopped, I've checked the fuse & box both work fine. It was working ok, a few days ago then nothing?

I have looked inside to see if I could find the problem but everything seems ok, no blown capacitors or fried circuits no burning smaells so I started off by doing a continuity test on the front lock and was getting a varied reading between 0.729 and .720 (is this right)

I do not mind buying the parts but need to know what one?
All I know is that there is electricity going in but somewhere it is cutting it out.
the main cable which goes into the pack of the washer, do you know what reading I should be getting from this doing a continuity test. I was getting a constant reading but forget what it was now.
I work a lot with PC,s so not that clued that great on washing machines but I am competent.

can you recommend/advise me what could be causing this and a workable solution/part.
