Mend Renault Grand Scenic 2008 Problem Buttons Working

Air conditioning and heating problem?

When I turn on the air conditioner, no air would come out same goes to the heater when I turn it on. All the buttons are working telling me that it's coming out when it really isn't. Renault Grand Scenic 2008.
