Mend GE GE1790 Remove Error Bottom

How do I remove the keypad membrane from GE1790?

Although I am not getting error messages, some of the buttons are not functioning, especially the bottom row. I suspect it is also from boiling water under it and humidity problem. I removed the panel and used a dryer, cleaned the ribbon, but still not working. I now will try to clean both sides of keypad membrane but and not able to remove the membrane from this model. Any suggestions
