How can I fix my Pro-Form Personal Trainer Electronics Treadmill?

with the motor hood off, both circuit boards light up. The display panel lights up and you can change settings, time speed, etc with buttons. My problem is, the belt wont run. I have checked the motor with a rechargeable drill battery as suggested elsewhere, and it works fine. Somewhere between the control panel and the motor something isnt working. I have checked all connections and can't find a problem. Can you help please?
