Mend Lock Button Wont Start

lock button and won't start?

My dishwasher won't start. Reset and the lock button indicator light stays on. If I hold the stop or start button for a few seconds the lock light flashes 3 times and comes back on as soon as I let go.. been turned off for 24hrs via power switch it's wired to.
