Mend Fisher & Paykel 920 Dishwasher Appliance Problem

The button on my F&P 920 dishwasher wont go off?

I cant start my dishwasher as the lock button wont go off. I have turned the machine off at the wall, held the button down for a long time, but nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any other ideas?

Actually, I just slammed the door in frustration and the button light then was able to be turned off. Thanks!

Try turning machine off at wall and removing the plug from the wall socket. Leave unplugged for 2 minutes then retry. If the child lock is still on, press & hold child lock button for 4 seconds. If that doesn't turn it off then you may have to have a new control board fitted.
