Water Running out when filling?

We have a Simpson Eziset 605 and on trying to fill with water it keeps running out through the empty out hose.

Hi.
correct either the drain hose is too low or it is pushed too far into the drain pipe which is causing a syphon effect.
remedy hose too low = raise the drain pipe.
remedy syphon = lift the machines drain hose up in the household drain pipe.

Drain hose is too low. Hose must come up level with top of bowl before going down to any drain pipe.
