Mend Fisher & Paykel MW612 Beeping

My Fisher & Paykel MW612 wont fill with water?

I noticed the machine kept beeping like it was off balance but it wasnt, then I noticed it wasnt filling with water. the water was running into the machine but not filling. I unplugged the machine and waited then tried again but still doing it. I had problems last year with it not spinning and paid $140 to get it fixed and I think if I have to spend that kind of money again maybe I should put it towards a new one?

thanks, I pulled the drain hose out of the pipe and put it back in and now it seems to work ok! :)

Is the water definitely going in? Start wash cycle and lift the lid and watch. The bowl will be turning around and a strong flow of water coming in. If it is then check the drain hose is not too low. It should come up to the level of the lid before going down to any drain. If it is in a drain standpipe, try pulling it up a bit higher. Too far down a pipe and it can cause a vacuum that will syphon the water out. Let me know if that works.
