Mend GBC Ultima 65 Heating Working Fine

laminator is not heating up?

I have GBC Ultima 65 laminator, all appears to be working fine except heat light is blinking all the time and Am Not getting any Heat on rollers? What do I need to do to get heat to come on? I bought used and never used before.
