Mend Bosch Rotek Mower Stops Start

Bosh roteck battery mower shudders/spins but then stops?

My bosh lithuem battery mower shudders/ spins a little when I start it but then stops. Sometimes if I leave it for a while it will then work fine, but frequency increasing. (Batteries are fine, 1 is new)

Bosch Bosch Rotek Garden Tools, Lawn Mowers Mower Stops Start

Is it new - is there warranty you can invoke?
Does the troubleshooting section of the user guide mention this?
Have you considered that an unbalanced made might be giving it the shakes - there's only the blade and the motor that revolve.
