Mend Bosch AL3640CV Charger Battery Charge Red

Faulty Bosch AL3640CV Charger or Battery?

Hi there, when we put our Bosch 36volt 2.6ah lawnmower battery on charge the red & green lights flash alternate & you can here a relay clicking in and out. After a couple of minutes the green light would come on & the battery would charge, now though the lights just continue to flash & the relay clicks not sure if this is a charger or battery fault. Any advice or help please

What does the manual say, what does Bosch customer support say? It sounds like a battery problem. Lithium batteries don't like being run flat so don't run 'em to death and charge before storing.
