briggs and strattan quadtrak 375 petrol mower i prime to start mower runs a few minutes then stops have to prime again to start takes prime button a few minutes to depress

where is the gas filter on lawnmower is it easy to replace

linda is ur gas filter good it may be restricted if the primer isnt getting gas to it it may take a few minutes to sip a little gas through the clogged filter
