Bosch Rotak cuts out after 3 seconds?

Having dismantled the lawn mower I have discovered that immediately in line with the brown power lead to the motor is a small cut off device located close to the motor core. It starts low impedance but once the motor starts running it goes high impedance. I would like to replace it but can't find it using its part code cmp16592 10h2c2 l65725
