Mend 3.5 Primer Mower Starts

Primer sucks in?

My mower 3.5 starts ok after a couple of primes and will run for about 5 minutes and stops with the rubber primer sucked right in.
It will start again after the primer has recovered. I must have a blockage somewhere in the carb (plastic). Where do I find the jets?

Found the problem, the small strainer at the bottom of the dip tube was part covered in sludge. Not sure if the tube is removable, it rotates but didn't want to force it. I guess the main jet somewhere above it?
