How do I fix a power problem on my accent a 6 alarm?

Hi we went away for the weekend when we got back the alarm was making a funny noise. On the control panel there was no lights on at all. We opened the main box upstairs removed the fuse put it back and the power came back on for the alarm panel. Is it the fuse at fault or the battery needs replacing? Thanks
