Mend Omega Petite Turn Power Going

alarm went off when not set. Turn it off, but turn it on now?

Went out last night. Didn't set the alarm. There was sleat so could off had power cut. When came home the alarm was going off, turn it off, but now can't turn it on, just got the figure 8 showning omega petite, can anyone advise.
