Mend Optima 2 Plus Alarm System Manual

problem with my optima 2 plus home alarm?

Please could someone help with my home alarm problem. When we have a power cut at home this causes the alarm to sound even when it's not armed, this has happened alot recently with the alarm going off all day while we are at work. Is it possible to completely turn the system off or otherwise fix this problem ? I could do with a manual aswell if anybody can help. Cheers Paul

is the battery working properly ? its not normal for the alarm to go off on battery backup maybe its time for a battery change !
