Mend Honeywell Accenta G3 Code

Accenta G3 alarm reset?

We have not used the alarm since moving in and do not have the code. Powercut for 48 hrs last week and alarms sounds continuously unless power off. Also tamper light lit solidly - not flashing. Electrician has replcaed battery an confirmed no tamper fault. Unable to reset with default code. Any ideas ?

My alarm is working as normal ,but the strobe light won,t go off flashing light all the time.
