Citroen C-5 Auto Gearbox Problem?

I have a C-5 Aouto Diesel Citroen 51 Reg recently had problems with auto gear box slow changing and jumping into gear. Took it to local garage they say the fluid is very dirty. How do I put in the fluid ? How do I drain the old Fluid ? can I use some washing fluid prior to refilling ? and could this help?

I would try and have a look at a manual,it will tell you where to drain and if any filters need changed,also when filling it may need started to fill correctly.Some gearboxes nowadays don`t have a level plug and must be filled with the correct measurement of fluid so a manual would be the way to go.
