Mend Citroen C5 Problem Start Car Fault

citroen c5 auto gearbox problem?

When i start the car and drive there is no fault on the screen but some time car takes jerk especially on the hill. another point when try to pull in a first gear its like car is in a third gear instead of a first gaer. so I have to rev so much then car pull.

When computer detects a fault it shuts the power to the solenoids which puts you in third gear and no pressure control, hence jerk. The codes will need to be read and possibly a look at live data especially pressures. If it is the AL4 transmission then it usually is pressure solenoid fault.
