honeywell accenta external alarm?

Hi , just completed another test ie disconnected all zones and checked circuits for continuity both with doors closed and with doors open, including PIRs all working correctly.
Carried out bell/strobe test from panel both working OK, also carried out walk test as a double check
Not sure what to try next, could it be a panel /program setting fault?
Any help or suggestions gratefully received.

Have you tried a 'bell test' from the panel to see if the sounder works ok?
The 'bell test' pretends to be the alarm going off, if it works from here, the door contact will be faulty.
