Mend Accenta g4 External Bell Alarm

Accenta g4 external bell fault?

I have a accenta g4 alarm and when the alarm is triggered or I test the external bell, it only sounds for a few seconds then turns off even though i have set the bell to stay on for 20 minutes. Any ideas anyone?
