Mend Accenta Alarm Went Off Reset

My alarm went off and now I can't re-set it?

I have an Accenta security alarm at home and it was set off by external decorators cleaning around the alarm box. The tamper light is on and Zone 8 light is on too. I cannot find the instruction manual. None of the buttons are now working. Help!!!
