Program my 8EP396A optima compact alarm?

What are the exact sequence of buttons that i need to press on the control panel to program a zone for entry/exit and to time for 20 seconds?

The manual i already have, it assumes prior knowledge of installing burglar alarms.
Have cracked it now anyway.
