I want to know how to reset my washing machine?

The lack of punctuation makes it difficult to understand what you are trying to say. There's also a contradiction. First you say the machine washes, rinses and spins OK but then you say it DOESN'T spin and just sits at the 8 minute mark.
I THINK you mean it does the wash and rinse part of the program but then stops and doesn't progress to spin. Is that right?

If I'm correct, there's 27 possible causes mentioned on this site (link below - just copy and paste the link). My first guess would be a failed lid switch.
