my dishwasher lamoda hja 8650?

It fills with water and starts heating but does not pump water round

Could be pump, or something blocking pump. You would need to get to the pump, possibly m/c on side. Disconnect the hoses to pump and make sure they are clear, and in pump clear, with impeller rotating freely. IF all clear, look to pump or control. 1st check pump motor, You will need a test meter, if ok, looking at controller unit.
