Mend Philips 21" Tv Problem Turn Days

how can i made it myself?

i have 21" philips tv of 2 years old its problem is turn off itself after 20-30 minutes but now a days it turn off after 5-10 minutes itself and also turn on itself. What is its problem and how can i fixed it??
