Alright here's the deal. When I try to turn on my TV I get no sound or picture.
What does happen is a clicking noise that repeats every 3-4 seconds for an indefinate
period of time. It could be 20 minutes or 3 days, but it will randomly turn on at some
point. Until then it just keeps clicking. Any ideas?
