Toshiba Model # 20AF41 Clicking/Hiccuping Problem?

Alright here's the deal. When I try to turn on my TV I get no sound or picture. What does happen is a clicking noise that repeats every 3-4 seconds for an indefinate period of time. It could be 20 minutes or 3 days, but it will randomly turn on at some point. Until then it just keeps clicking. Any ideas?

Some kind of power problems that frankly could be anything. As the inside of a TV (esp. around the power supplies) is potentially lethal DO NOT poke around. I suggest you take it to a reputable repairer.
