Mend Softener Draw Not

the softener draw not emptying?

Softener does not empty into soap draw,have fitted new valves

the softener empties on the principle of syphoning, take out the drawer , dismantle the softener section and clean thoroughly of any gunge, when you have it well cleaned take it to the sink and fill it to the max line then top up with more water it should then completely empty
