why does the conditioner not go in?

Hi, I have a miele with the same problem. It has happened lots of times over the 5.5 years I have solved the problem by taking the drawer out cleaning it and the "housing" paying attention to get down the pipes as much as possible to free the gunk/build up. the jets at the top get clogged so try cleaning them out. if that does not work ...the lid needs taking off ..and making it more accesable

Try Fabric hardener instead, its a lot better, and does a great job on clothes
