machine not taking in fabric softener?

Hi Sally, have you cleaned the soap dispenser drawer? Open it, give it a pull and a wiggle and it should come out. Drop the whole drawer into a bucket of nice hot soapy water and give it a good clean. The softener bit might come apart further so that you can thoroughly clean it. Also, it's a good idea to take a cloth or brush and give the hole where the drawer fits a good clean out at the same time.
