fabric softner dispenser does not empty?

At the end of the wash cycle the fabric softener draw is still full, The drawer has been removed and cleaned and the casing has also been cleaned, and this has not resolved the problem.

Make sure you also clean out the syphon tube within the drawer preferably with a cotton bud. Next time you add conditioner dilute it first, as this stops it from clogging up.
