how do I get the draw out of my ariston AlB 16 advantage?

Open the drawer nearly 90 degrees as you would to add softener. Put the thumb of your left hand in the blue depression, the fingers of your left hand supporting the front and bottom of the drawer cover to stop it twisting. Put your right thumb in the depression on the right, grip the whole quadrant detergent/softener container (but not the drawer cover) and pull gently forward, dislocating the hidden catch where the drawer pivots inside the top cover of the machine. You should not need much force. The drawer actually slides along a concealed tongue at the rear (top) of the drawer cover.
