Mend Simpson 757 Encore Machine

simpson encore 757 washing machine ?

We have a Simpson Encore 757 washing machine it does not complete its cycle and comes up with the code DF can you please tell me what this means.

Simpson Simpson 757 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Simpson Encore Machine

Water temperature sensor is faulty. Replace it. Turn power off at wall. Open panel. Locate sensor which is in middle of top deck were the water enters the machine, it is plugged on to the circuit board. Remove plug and sensor end. Fit new one and make sure the o ring is in place. Plug wire back on to PCB.
