Mend Simpson Encore 605 Leaks Oil Water

How can I fix a Simpson Encore 605 that leaks oil and water?

How does one fix a washing machine that leaks oil and water on to the floor? They are not major but the machine does make a lot of noise
when it spins.

Machine will have to be stripped down, bowls removed & gearbox taken out. Then the bearings (making the noisy spin because they are rusty) can be replaced. Also replaced at the same time would be the outer tub seal (which has worn & water is leaking down on to the bearings & the floor) While the gearbox is out you will need to replace the top & bottom seal on the gearbox. You may also find the gearbox has water in the oil so that will also have to be drained & refilled with clean oil. Big job.
